1. Who is responsible for your data
This policy applies to the Kozel mobile application. The data controller and app developer is Andrei Volk. For privacy questions, contact support@online6cards.ru.
2. Information we process
- Account data: nickname, internal player identifier, cryptographic password hash, and a unique salt. We do not store your plain-text password on the server.
- Gameplay data: rating, room participation, current match state, actions, and results required to run online games and the leaderboard.
- Technical data: IP address, connection time, diagnostics, and error information that may be recorded by the server or hosting provider for security and service reliability.
- Support communications: your email address and any information you choose to provide when contacting us.
3. Why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide sign-in, create game rooms and run matches, maintain ratings and the leaderboard, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and keep the service safe and reliable.
The legal basis depends on your location and may include performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and consent where required by law.
4. Storage and security
Data transmitted between the app and server is protected using TLS encryption. Passwords are processed with a cryptographic key derivation function and stored only as salted hashes. Sign-in information on your device is kept in the operating system's secure storage.
Your account, password hash, and rating are retained while the account exists. Active room and match data is generally retained only for the gameplay session. Technical logs and support communications are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for security, resolving your request, and meeting legal obligations.
No storage method can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
5. When information may be shared
We do not sell or rent personal information. Infrastructure and hosting providers may process information only as necessary to operate the service. We may also disclose information to authorities where required by law or necessary to protect users, rights, and safety.
Servers or service providers may be located outside your country. When applicable, we use safeguards required by relevant data protection law.
6. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, a copy, or deletion of your information; restriction of or objection to certain processing; and withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
Send requests to support@online6cards.ru. To protect your account, we may ask you to verify your identity or account ownership.
7. Account deletion
You can delete your account and associated data directly in the app: open the Profile tab, find the Account deletion section, tap Delete account, and confirm the action. Your account, gameplay progress, and rating will be permanently deleted. All active sessions will end, and saved sign-in information will be removed from the device.
If you cannot use the in-app deletion feature, contact support@online6cards.ru.
8. Children
Kozel is not intended for independent use by children below the age at which they may consent to data processing in their country. If you believe a child provided information without the required consent of a parent or guardian, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app, law, or our data practices change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
